Why Join North Star?

Clinical independence, meaningful work, and real support

Private practice can offer freedom, but it can also feel isolating. At North Star, we aim to give clinicians the best parts of private practice: clinical independence, meaningful work, flexibility, and room to grow, without leaving you to manage everything on your own.

You bring your clinical skill, curiosity, and care for clients. We help create the conditions for you to do that work sustainably.

A values-driven clinical home

Our clinicians bring warmth, curiosity, clinical depth, humor, creativity, and evidence-based care into the therapy room. We are especially drawn to therapists who value inclusion, social justice, lifelong learning, and thoughtful collaboration.
